Johannes Zillinger Numen Rose 2020

Johannes took over his family estate in 2012, continuing the vision of his father Hans who was a pioneer of organic viticulture in Austria in the 1980's. With 40 years of organic farming, the winery benefits from incredibly strong and healthy soils and vines. 

Zillinger has three tiers of wines. The Numen tier are almost without interventions in the cellar, are natural and expressive. This is 100% St Laurent and just shy of light red. Hints of savoury spice, red fruits and forrest floor. This is rose at its best!
