Jos Com Jambu Cachaça

This is cachaca but not as you quite know it. Sure, some of the DNA of classic cachaca is there with good intensity of flavour, clean and bright, with some spicy elements, a touch of grassiness, a little almost mezcal-like character, but this has Jambu, a native flower of Brazil, infused in it... Jambu has a bit of a Szechuan pepper-like character, it leaves the palate tingling and a the faintest bit numb. It's a character-filled spirit of the highest order, and awesome for jazzing up caipirinhas if not drunk on the rocks.
