Juxtaposed Fiano 2025

This is a very savoury, nutty and saline expression of Fiano. Bruised apple, lemon zest, some mint. It has something of a chicken stock umami flavour, a green apple tang, fine powdery texture, and a salted pistachio and manzanilla character on a finish of solid length. May appeal to some more than others, especially those with a penchant for salty whites, but it’s an interesting wine all the same. - The Wine Front
