El Pacu was born from the need for the ultimate wine-food match; a textural wine with the vegetarian piranha of Peru. Teeth like humans, and ribs like pork, the fig-loving El Pacu of the Amazonian head waters is a treat to catch and a treat to eat. 

This time we have a tight and bright blend of composing pinot gris and chardonnay from the Eminence Vineyard and a splash of arneis and riesling. Aromas of lemon curd, pepper and apple dance a delicate dance alongside a palate of caramel, stewed apricots, whey, and white pepper. Best enjoyed with El Pacu asado. - Al and Sam, wine makers
