What the? A collaboration with our pals at Icebergs and one of their favourite fizz makers, Nick Spencer. This is a vibrant, refreshing, tightly wound sparkling wine of incredible energy and refreshment factor. Think green apples, sea spray, lime, ginger biscuits and light, almond savouriness. Also think about how good it would be to drink something this ballistically delicious by the sea.
