Harvested from 30 year old vines, certified organic and aged in stainless steel for up to 10 months, this is one of those glittery, beautiful wines that will linger in your memory forever. Mineral driven, juicy pear, white florals and green apple, we'd pair this exceptional wine with terrines, parfaits, and / or charcuterie.
