La Sorga Guy 2011 375ml

Calcareous soils in Puéchabon (Hérault). 80% vermentino  and the remainder being viognier. Whole bunch maceration for 15 days, then only the best part after pressing is aged in old barriques for nine years without topping up. Bergamot, confit melon, fresh walnut....incredible complexity and still a baby.
