The wine is made in large format, older oak barrels, leaving the fruit to do the talking. First up, great perfume, lush with exotic spices, dried herbs, a bit of pot pourri, whiffs of Moroccan markets as such. The palate is all fleshy and chalky texture, a swish of dark cherry, ripe plum, more exotic spice and herbs. So delicious, feels fancy, is fancy, is great!
