Inspired by the Pouilly-Fume of the Loire, this sauvignon blanc is rich, round and layered - you'll find generous aromatics of beeswax, jasmine blossom, grapefruit and brioche.

The cool nights and steep north facing, slopes of this Adelaide hills vineyard site produce exceptionally well flavoured sauvignon blanc. This is a wine with precision and depth, texture and mouth filling flavours.

Handpicked fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast in French oak barriques for 8 months, with some battonage during malolactic conversion. - Lauren Langfield
