Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clementine Bouveron tend around 14 hectares of land, with vineyards surrounded by olive groves, chestnut trees, shrubs and oaks. Sat around the volcanic Lake Bolsena near the town of Gradoli in Lazio’s north, the region’s soils are rich in iron and minerals.
Gianmarco’s Bianco, a blend of procanico, malvasia, roscetto, romanesco and petino, comes in a litre bottle, which seems to get emptied quicker every vintage, is all bright citrus and summer. Get it in you!
