Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clementine Bouveron tend around 14 hectares of land, with vineyards surrounded by olive groves, chestnut trees, shrubs and oaks. Sat around the volcanic Lake Bolsena near the town of Gradoli in Lazio’s north, the region’s soils are rich in iron and minerals.
The Rosso sees sangiovese, ciliegiolo and merlot. It is light, bright and full of red fruits. It is also just 12% of alcohol, so get your motor runnin' 'cause this one screams to be chilled and drunk out of tumblers with pizza.
