Very pretty and floral trousseau from Les Dolomies with no shortage of depth. Taken mainly from their vineyards in Passenans above Les Boutonnieres vineyard. Natural fermentation in stainless steel then élevage in old burgundy barrels for 10 months. Very small amount of bottles made. The faces on the 3 labels are a local Passenans resident that recently passed away and the name of the cuvee was his favourite saying when drinking wine. - GM Imports
