Les Dolomies Les Boutonniers Chardonnay 2022

Like a button hole filled with flowers, this chardonnay offers immediate pleasure. The wine comes from a single, low yielding site, set against forest, on a slope, on the famed blue marl clay and limestone soils. Generously weighted, almost like lemon oil. Tropical, comte rind, musky and moody and the signature ammonia funk and lift of Celine's wines. It's a little richer than normal with tamed acidity but still undeniably Jurassic. Complex with lots going on.
