Les Dolomies Premice Savagnin 2022

Young savagnin from Celine's new plantings in the Les Combes vineyard in Passenans. A slightly richer expression of savagnin - so distinctive, with a heady bouquet of honeycomb, faint fino sherry and green apples. The palate shows some weight with great, saline, jangly acidity. It’s got layers of flavour, faint sweetness of fruit, savouriness in nuts and more fino-like character, an undertow of ‘mineral feel’. It’s addictive sipping, incredible with salty foods and superb to enjoy unfold in glass. Stellar wine.
