The winemaker just quipped to us 'Collines, you know that's hills in French?', and we nodded sagely... This comes from the Adelaide Hills, maybe a clue, but we shan't be so literal. Non! This is a stunning pinot, light weight but flavoursome, cinched with fine, sandy tannins, sits on the cusp of ripe cherry fruitiness with a splash of mushroomy earthiness in the mix. Pretty, delicious. Pretty delicious. Go on.
