Les Fruits Peu de Peau 2024

A return to 100% sauvignon blanc this year. Two parcels – Lansdowne at Forreston in the northern part of the Hills and Magpie Springs at the far southern end.
Lovely yellow gold with orange tones and a light haze to denote its time with skins (and lack of filtration or fining!). This time expect aromas of persimmon, dried mango, mandarin, jalapeno, ginger spice, peach iced tea and dried herbs. The palate is rich and textural with ripe persimmon, orange rind and spice with juicy mineral toned acid and fine tea-like tannins for texture.
