This does a good job of the variety. It has high toned, blood orange and mandarin acidity, a dash of amaro herbal character, some cola notes, tart cherry, bright raspberry, a good deal of concentration and a brace of fine, silty tannins in tow; this sounds apt, this is apt. It’s easy to drink, it gets you revved up for a bit of Italian nosh, it drinks well with a chill. Not particularly complex, but particularly spot on. - WineFront.com.au
