From the estate farm in Riverina, New South Wales. Sustainably farmed, no chems in the vineyard, wild ferment, lees time, bottled fresh.

Crackles with good energy and high drinkability. Cucumber in tonic water vibes, some green apple juice, a bit of green mango, some green melon too. It has a lemon zest rasp over it all, a lick of faint, creamy almond character too. Quiet complexity...what’s here is interesting, easy drinking, charismatic, so that ticks boxes. You’d be very pleased sinking a tube of this.
