This is a traditional method sparkling wine but with a bit of extra x-factor, not only in the exotic grape variety grechetto being the main star, but also in its savoury undertow, minerality and intriguing sea spray, green melon, gingery fruit profile. So fun. So interesting. Such a delicious and refreshing sparkling wine, playing a little outside the box in character, but also delivering a satsifying, 'fancy sparkling wine' experience.
