Lily Fields Distilling Co Sydney Dry Gin

A scientist and a creative (wife and husband) spent a LOT of time testing, re-testing, fine tuning and hand crafting this very special and very delicious gin. Precision but flair is on hand! Born from a still in Sydney's inner west, Lily Fields Distilling Co has been a long time coming but released when all the elements were just right. Made by beautiful people. 

It's a citrusy gin, one that's best drunk with a dry tonic, soda water or simply on its own. It's delivers freshness, crispness, coolness and a detail of piquant juniper alongside that refreshing tang of ruby red grapefruit. This is instantly one of our favourite Australian gins.
