For me, Grampians Shiraz is one of the most interesting showcases of the variety in Australia. It is an exceptionally pure style and I enjoy working with it and displaying how this region makes distinct Shiraz in a lighter style.

This wine is delicate, spiced and herbal. Plum skin and rosemary show on the palate with a touch of classic game meats. It is lighter in style, hence naming it Syrah instead of Shiraz and its powerful bouquet can fill a room. - Little Brunswick Wine Co.
