Hand harvested just down the road from the winery and immediately pressed to tank. The ultimate drawcard for Beechworth is the decomposed granite - providing structure and power in chardonnay without sacrificing balance or freshness. The ultimate blend is 25% oak, with partial malolactic and no bâtonnage. More citrus than stone fruit.
