l'Octavin P'tit Poussot 2020

This wine is made from direct press Chardonnay from Alice’s vines in the “en Poussot” vineyard (where the soils are rich with limestone) which is quite close to the central Jura village of Arbois.

The grapes were crushed and the juice transferred to a fibreglass tank where the natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts took place.

Noticeably turbid and energetic, this vintage is typical of this cuvee. - Living Wines
