Luciano Saetti Rosso Viola IGP Lambrusco 2021

A couple of weeks of skin fermentation for the salomino grapes of Lambrusco species.

It's a wine that delivers immense satisfaction; savoury and yet refreshing, imbued with classic red berry characters but also game meat, dusty spice and truffle elements. The bubbles are tight and light, resetting the palate with each sip. It deserves to be served with dishes on the table. It's a fantastic, old school, good school expression.
