The winemakers go a little slower on topping up barrels to encourage a little fine oxidative character. Organic farmed. 

Squeaky, savoury chardonnay, fine cashew in preserved lemon, ginger-lemon tea, green apple juice, nectarine. It's highly perfumed, minerally, tight and juicy at the same time.
