Mabu Mabu Pepperberry

Pepperberries have a sweet and fruity aroma followed by an intense heat and numbing quality. Use as you would regular pepper. They release a soft pink/purple hue when crushed, which is wonderful on white fish or dropped into a gin and tonic.
