Mada Prosecco 2025

Mada wines is the love child of young gun winemaker Hamish Young. Hamish cut his teeth in fine winemaking in Canberra District before setting up this solo project. The wines are sourced from across various New South Wales wine regions, are expressive, exciting, delicious and a good bit edgy. This is prosecco from Hilltops region and a vineyard on the outskirts of the town of Young - while it's pretty straight up in style, Hamish manages to make it that much more interesting, a touch textural, a little savoury but retains that explosion of bubbles expected. It's great great great.
