This time the Pineapple Candle is a chardonnay with fruit sourced from Swinging Gate Vineyard in Tamar Valley. 

Delicious wine, easy drinking, a little quiet complexity and a distinct saline minerality through the finish. Around that, toasty hazelnut, nougat, red apple, a touch of pineapple juice and pink grapefruit sizzle. All of that very harmonious and just-so. Classic lines with a neat savoury undertow.
