Yes, tempranillo is planted in Coal River Valley, Tasmania, and now it is here in a pink wine. Tasmanian tempranillo has a ring to it, no doubt.

What a delight this is. Depth of flavour, some slickness to texture, then the grip, then the savouriness. It’s high toned in perfume, red fruits, rose water, rose hip tea, similar to taste with a dash more strawberry and candied citrus peel. Sour-sweet to finish with a little sweet spice trailing off.
