Maidenii Dry Vermouth

Maidenii Dry was created with the martini in mind. However the versatility of this style means that it is just as delicious drunk straight, with a dash of tonic or with a larger measure of gin. Made with Viognier from Central Victoria Maidenii also uses native botanicals such as strawberry gum, sea parsley, river mint and wattleseed.
