Malfroy's Gold Wild Honey Yellow Box Post Brood Eucalyptus Mellidora

The most amazing honey ever! This is wild honey, produced by wild bees from natural swarms (no intensive breeding or re-queening) in a hive made only from natural and local materials with no beeswax or plastic to increase yield and no chemicals or additions at all. Just honey.

These Yellow Box Eucalyptus grown in the Central Tablelands of NSW, an area which has extreme temperatures and irregular rainfall. The bees collect the nectar in the hotter dryer summer month when the trees are in bloom. Yellow Box honey is aromatic and light with sweet floral notes. Yellow Box also has the lowest GI rating of any Australian honey (35).
