Farm Rosato is a cuvée from our farm that has always felt so right for us. We have never had a year where we have not been impressed by how it has become. No vintage will ever be the same but generally it is all the cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot that we can gather on the farm, all held in balance by pinot noir juice - the pinot giving a big round fruity hug to the more austere, delicate and perfume notes of the others. This 2023 Rosato is a bright, fruitful expression owing to our fantastic growing season with a pleasant alpine structure. - Monique Milton and Tim Webber, wine makers
