Peramangk and Kaurna Country

Half pinots gris and noir. Gris is stomped on and left, then pressed. The pinot noir berries are destemmed into this juice. Then a little press after ten days. A riper year. 

Scents of dried nectarine, pickled cherry, turned earth and eucalyptus with a little alpine herb character woven through. The palate is hazy in texture, juicy and crisp at once through the finish. Gentle, autumnal characters of leaf, turned earth, field mushrooms with bright, tart red berries underlying. A tonic, a purity, a vivacity. Gastronomic and so digestible. - WineFront.com.au
