Thomas and Marie-Lise Batardière craft minimal-intervention wines in Anjou, France. This pet-nat is 100% Grolleau, direct pressed and fermented in stainless steel. After three years on lees and disgorgement, it rests six months in bottle with no added sulfur. Bright and crisp with wild strawberry and brioche notes. Sharp acidity balances the creamy texture, finishing dry and energetic with pure, clean flavours.
