Made with whole-berry Muscat fermented via carbonic maceration, it is blended over finished direct-press Merwah wine and aged in traditional Amphora. Merwah fermented on skins for 10 days then pressed off into an amphora over whole Muscat berries and then ferment ed again for 10 days carbonically. The wine is then left to go through MLF. - Mersel Wines
