Mezcal De Leyendas Limited Edition Oaxaca Cuishe

Maguey Cuishe for this mezcal is harvested by hand at between 10-14 years once the agave has reached maturity. It is then pit roasted and milled by hand before being distilled in hand forged copper stills. This limited edition has notes of earth and peat smoke with a delicately spicy finish.

The yield of the Maguey Cuishe is 1L of mezcal per 20 kgs of Agave making this a rare and special drop.
