By mixologist Ana Page, notable for time at Bondi's famed Icebergs restaurant and bar, these are wines produced as a passion project. This comes from Freeman Vineyard. A ramato style. On skins for 28 days.
Crunchy texture, drying and grippy tannins. A distinct amaro-like quality to the wine, cherry, rose water, bitter herbs, white pepper, some turned earth and white mushroom elements too. A little rustic, but in a good sense. Refreshing and proper textural style. Italianate vibe.
