A curious and compelling blend finds us drinking a deeply textural, chewy, yet refreshing orange wine. We do love Minim Amber year-on-year. There’s great fragrance of ginger, brown lime, apple, dried herbs and nashi pear, flavours similarly set with a light curry spice character rippling through. Overall, it’s about thirst-quenching goodness and a generosity of texture with a light, funky bass line going on.
