Miyoshino Jozo Hanatomoe Yon-Dan 2023

Established in the modern era from Nara, Miyoshino's Master Brewer has a strong focus on the strains of yeast used during fermentation. Hanatomoe uses naturally occurring yeasts to retain acidity and uses a four stage fermentation to increase the body and flavour intensity. A beautiful balance of sweetness and acidity with tremendous depth of flavour.

Serve chilled.

HANDLING: Once opened the Miyoshino Jozo Hanatomoe Yon-Dan 2023 will last well for at least 6 - 8 weeks, ideally in a refrigerator.
