Following fermentation the wine underwent MLF in the same barrels kept full and on full solids prior to a volume of wine being removed for ten months ageing under flor. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Rich and long with lovely weight and presence. Character dialled up to ten with lovely ripe orange and mandarin characters, fromage blanc, toasted macadamia nut, pineapple upside-down cake to finish good acid drive and and an excellent nutty flor character. - Matt Froude, wine maker
