Municipal Wines Flor Savagnin 2021

Following fermentation the wine underwent MLF in the same barrels kept full and on full solids prior to a volume of wine being removed for 12 months ageing under flor. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Notes of lemon and lime, leading into a flinty note followed by a wonderful biscuity finish. This wine continues through multiple phases to an amazing nutty/brioche flor finish. Jura and sherry aficionados rejoice!
