Occhipinti SP68 Rosso 2022

Welcome to Sicily. Made by the inimitable Arianna Occhipinti, this wine is a blend of nero d'avola and frappato. It's a gorgeous melange of mixed berry, purple flowers with a zingy cranberry tang.

Throw some fresh turned dark soil in the mix for a bit of crunch and some deeper, darker notes and you've got a winner. Thoughtful, complex and charismatic (just like their maker), with just a lick of acidity. Mandatory drinking, run don't walk, thank us later.
