A traditional San Sebastián recipe of anchovies sautéed in garlic. Olasagasti use the whole anchovy which they lightly fry in olive oil with garlic and cayenne pepper.
Enjoy straight from the tin, or on crusty bread doused with the infused oil from the tin.
