Panduro Quarto 2023

This is all the grape variety callet from Mallorca. Organic farmed. Au naturale. Mostly destemmed but with ‘lasagne style’ with layers of stem in the mix, to take it to 10%.

Bright, garnet colour. Shades of l’Anglore from past times in levity and freshness. Very clean and crisp, tart cherry, some dried herbal character, a touch of fennel, tightly wound, crushed rock tannin profile and a long trail of herb and spice to finish. Refreshing red wine in its way. Finesse and delight. A light chill will work a treat. - The Wine Front
