Papadopoulos Viticulture Orange 2025

A blend of assyrtiko, roditis, savatiano and a little extra of other varieties. This spends three weeks on skins, then nine months in oak barrel. 

Lifted scents of curry powder, dried Japanese seaweed, lemon-ginger tea, red apple. The flavours similarly set with cumquat and ginger leading flavours here. Briny minerality too. Nicely chalky, pleasingly pithy and drying. Super vibrant and refreshing in its lift and crispness underlying. You see the slow cooked lamb here. - The Wine Front
