Penderyn Peated Single Malt Welsh Whisky

Whisky distilling was a lost art in Wales, it was the late 90s when a determined bunch of pals decided to open the first distillery in Wales in over a century.

Penderyn Peated Single Malt, like all the other Penderyn starts life maturing in ex-bourbon casks before being transferred into previously used to hold Islay whisky. Using this process, rather than using peat in the distilling process gives a gentle and graceful smoke flavour to this aromatic and fruity spirit.

Not only is this whisky have a Kosher certificate, it was awarded liquid gold in Jim Murrays Whisky Bible 2020, need we say more.
