Penderyn Portwood Single Malt Whisky

Whisky distilling was a lost art in Wales, it was the late 90s when a determined bunch of pals decided to open the first distillery in Wales in over a century.

The Portwood-finish whisky is a full-bodied yet subtle whisky. Aromas of dark chocolate, berries, dried dates and spice. A nice weighty whisky with a creamy richness in the mouth, ginger and Christmas spices come though with soft oak and a earthy honey sweetness.
