A rather opulent take on sem sauv. Barrel fermented with ageing on lees, almost Jura-esque character and an oily, emollient mouthfeel. A richer, more ostentatious style packed with preserved lemon character and a faintly buttery finish. Let’s just stay it’s like sem-sauv went and got a PhD.
