Pennyweight Woody's Amontillado

Where you might expect Amontillado to veer into syrupy OTT territory, this is a more energetic and dynamic take on the theme. Richer and lengthier than the Fino, of course, packed with flor characters, candied nuts and a mighty pleasant crunchy texture. The finish stays true and clean, with a sort of browned green apple tone. Pass the cheese, please.
