Since 2020 Marrickville's favourite Peruvian taberna has prided itself on serving up a wonderful array of piscos. On a trip to Peru founder José Alkon was fortunate enough to meet with the crew from Pisco Huamani and well one thing led to another and now Pepito's have their very own house pisco!

Made solely using quebranta (generally known as the first varietal to be used to make pisco) Rest In Pisco is so much more then first meets the eye. Yes it will make a bloody banger of a Pisco Sour but enjoy this bad boy neat, it is dry and clean with notes of pear, dried fruit, white blossoms and a lick of fresh citrus for good measure. Bravo.
